Jake N. Ranalli

Prior to attending Rutgers Law School, Jake studied Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship at The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business. During his time at Penn State, Jake took an extensive courseload centered around business law, including Introduction to Contracts, Liability, and Intellectual Property; Real Estate Law; Advanced UCC and Commercial Transactions; and Employment Law, Agency, and Strategy. In the summer following his sophomore year, Jake interned at Sweeney & Sheehan, P.C. where he gained valuable exposure to the legal field.
 
While in law school, Jake focused his studies on corporate law, earning himself a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law. Over the course of his final semester, Jake participated in the Rutgers Law Federal Income Tax Clinic where he engaged with local clients and assisted them in navigating actions instituted by the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, he served as judicial intern for the Honorable Joan Bedrin Murray, J.T.C. of the Tax Court of New Jersey in the spring of 2024.
 
During his first summer in law school, Jake interned for the General Counsel of the Delaware River Port Authority, gaining valuable experience by handling various transactional documents and contractual disputes. Jake spent his second summer of law school as a Summer Associate for our firm, developing practical skills by aiding in complex corporate litigation and transactional matters.
