Christopher Mullen
Christopher rejoined Lauletta Birnbaum in December 2022 and focuses his practice on real estate and corporate transactions, with experience in commercial real estate transactions, general corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior Experience
Christopher’s prior experience includes landlord- and tenant-side leasing, financing negotiations, and both real estate and corporate acquisitions.
Previously Christopher was a summer associate with the firm from 2018 through 2019. Prior to practicing law, Christopher worked for a Fortune 500 real estate company, where he analyzed tenant lease and sales and expense comparables for multi-family and office buildings. Christopher also worked for a rating agency as a commercial mortgage backed securities analyst, where he analyzed the credit performance of a wide array of securitized CMBS assets.
During law school, Christopher interned for the Honorable Michael E. Erdos in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He received his law degree from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Drexel Law Review.
