Douglas K. Widener
Before joining Lauletta Birnbaum, Douglas served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert P. Becker, P.J.Ch. and the Hon. Robert G. Malestein, P.J.Ch. in the Gloucester County Superior Court of New Jersey. As a law clerk, he drafted bench memorandums, final orders, and other legal documents while gaining practical experience and valuable insight into the judicial process. While there, he also served as a certified court mediator for landlord/tenant disputes and small claims cases.
Prior Experience
During law school, Douglas excelled in the top ranks of his class as a Merit Scholar where he participated in his school’s Sports and Entertainment Law Association and First Generation Law Student Association. Douglas is also an active member of the community serving on a local organization’s bylaw committee.
