Lauletta Birnbaum Welcomes New Attorneys

Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC is proud to announce the addition of two new attorneys: William “Bill” Eisenstadt joins as of counsel concentrating on General Corporate law, and Christopher M. Marrone joins as a member concentrating on Real Estate, General Corporate and Intellectual Property law.

Lauletta, co-founding member. “Bill’s and Chris’s real-world and legal experience strengthens our team of highly-accomplished attorneys,” added Lloyd C. Birnbaum, co-founding member.

Bill Eisenstadt is a former general counsel with experience in various fields from Industrial to Technology, and from start-ups to large corporations. Bill provides the benefits of an in-house general counsel who understands the client’s business without the need and expense of hiring a full-time legal staff. His experience affords clients practical, result-oriented approaches to the many issues confronting businesses today. Additionally, Bill represents clients in corporate transactions such as financing, strategic planning, corporate governance, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, cost and budget management, and contracts. Bill is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law (J.D., 1986) and Temple University (B.S., 1980).

In addition to his diverse legal résumé, Chris Marrone is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Moreover, he has a technical background as a chemical engineer, which, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit, allows him to better understand and serve the business community. He has counseled an array of clients in real estate, corporate matters and intellectual property protection in various industries, including: dental practices, restaurant/food services, retail industries, universities, medical facilities, business owners and financial institutions. Chris’s professional and personal philosophy is to give back in meaningful ways to the local and global communities to which he dedicates his practice. Chris is a graduate of Widener University School of Law (J.D., 1999) and Drexel University (B.S., 1994).

iPipeline Acquires Laser App Software

Lauletta Birnbaum represented iPipeline in its recent acquisition of Laser App Software, a premier provider of forms automation and management software for the securities and insurance industries.  With approximately 100,000 users, from registered investment advisors (RIAs), agents, and broker-dealers, Laser App is designed to streamline the process of completing client forms. The Philly Apartment Company, a client of the Firm, has just been acquired by PhillyLiving.com — a merger which brings two of the region’s biggest Real Estate brands under one roof. Founded in 2004, The Philly Apartment Company is the largest residential leasing firm in Greater Philadelphia, PA. The company provides renters with an efficient, cost-free way to find apartments, while also providing owners a variety of highly effective services to market their properties to prospective renters.

Client Holtec International Opens New Campus in Camden

Lauletta Birnbaum’s client, Holtec International, opened their new technology campus on the Delaware Riverfront last week. The company, which specializes in diversified energy technology, is spearheading the movement to put Camden on the map as a center for manufacturing and innovation. With this new site, Holtec will work on plans for permanent, safe disposal of nuclear waste — a task which will require the hire of 2,000 new employees over time, according to the company’s CEO Dr. Kris Singh.
